The award pictured with the Cowart family is a loving cup, its two large handles are designed to be shared. It’s not an award for individuals, but recognizes teams, and George Cowart Jr. says that makes it the perfect award for his company to share with the Greenville community.
“Because Greenville businesses have partnered with us, we’ve been able to partner with organizations in the community,” he says. “When that happens, everyone wins.” He and his family appreciate that the Greenville business community has kept Cowart Awards thriving for 45 years, and they love giving back by sponsoring and volunteering their time to organizations such as Let There Be Mom, the American Heart Association, The Meyer Center and NCCAA.
Cowart Awards creates customized trophies, plaques and engravings for businesses, organizations, churches and schools, and combines decades of experience with the latest technology. “Our quality and customer service is second-to-none,” says George, who works alongside mom Cheryl Cowart, his sister Erin Hester and uncle Raji Ward. “After 45 years, we know awards.” Cowart Awards knows that giving back makes their success even more rewarding.
