Despite numerous offers, Mark Alexander can’t bring himself to sell the utility trailer his wife, Wanda, sold him the day they met. It’s a symbol of their harmonious hitching of home and workplace.
Today, the Alexanders own and operate TNJ Trailers, the business founded by Wanda’s family more than two decades ago. The couple, happily married for four years, shares the work load. While Wanda handles sales, Mark manages the service department. At various times, they’ve been assisted by their Brady Bunch-style family of five children from previous marriages.
Together, they oversee the Upstate’s preferred dealership for commercial, residential and recreational trailers. TNJ’s large inventory includes trailers for virtually every hauling need—enclosed, utility, heavy equipment, dump, aluminum and motorcycle. TNJ also sells a complete line of parts and accessories, and its full-service shop specializes in repairs, maintenance, brake controllers, hitches and customizations. The Alexanders mean it when they say: “We sell the best and service the rest.”
Just don’t ask Mark to part with the trailer he bought from Wanda on February 22, 2006. It’s not happening. “It’s kind of sentimental,” he admits.
Trailer came with LED lights. My car's electrical connections did not work with LED lights. They helped solve the problem by making phone calls to the car dealer and trailer suppliers on the spot. Problem was solved. I wanted a certain spare tire holder, they researched it, found it and had it send to me directly from the factory. Mark, Wanda and Charity are always very helpful, friendly and caring and make you feel like you are the only customer.
I have been dealing with TNJ for almost ten years now and have had nothing but the highest levels of quality and professionalism from them. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new trailer or trailer repairs and accessories!
